Please join long time meditator and yoga instructor Tracy Chipman – MA, CYT, AYS for an introductory online class exploring the direct experience and benefits of meditation. Instruction in a simple stretching sequence, conscious breathwork and at least 3 simple meditation practices will be provided. All that is required is internet access, a willingness to be open, a private space and a chair or cushion to sit on. Teens and Adults with all levels and experience are welcome.
